- Pre-heat the oven to 200°c. Cut the tofu into chunks approximately 1.5cm in size.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the tofu and coat well. Put the tofu in an even layer on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake in the oven for 25-30min or until the tofu is piping hot and caramelised.
- To assemble your bowls, divide the rice between two bowls to create a base and then top with your favourite ingredients.
