So festive and very easy to prepare, this is definitely one to offer your Christmas guests, and there’s a mocktail version, too!

Preparation time: 5min
Serves: 1

  1. Add 20ml cranberry juice to the Cognac and triple sec in an ice-filled cocktail shaker, then strain into a coupette.
  2. Garnish with redcurrants and a twist of lime peel (all fruit, vegetables and herbs should be washed before use).
  3. Turn it into a mocktail: Replace the Cognac with grapefruit juice and the triple sec with orange blossom honey.
