- Preheat the oven to 200ºC , Fan Oven 180ºC, Gas Mark 6.
- Using a 5cm pastry cutter cut 24 circles out and place onto a baking tray.
- Brush the rounds with beaten egg and bake in the oven for 8-10min until the pastry is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and top each tartlet with ½tsp of cranberry sauce, a slice of brie and a sprinkle of thyme.
