The Crunchiest Ever Roast Potatoes & Honey Glazed Parsnips

Roast potatoes and parsnips

Perfect side dishes for your roast turkey!

Method:

For the roast potatoes:

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C, Fan Oven 180°C, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Put the Crisp ‘n Dry cooking oil in a roasting tin and place in the oven to heat.
  3. Put the potatoes in a large pan and cover with water.
  4. Add 1tsp of salt and bring to the boil — cook for 5min.
  5. Drain the potatoes and give a little shake.
  6. Coat in flour and then turn into the oil.
  7. Cook for 20-30min until very crispy.

For the parsnips:

  1. Heat the oven to 200°C, Fan Oven 180°C, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Put on a baking tray and cook for 30min.
