Did you know it’s British Sandwich Week from May 14-20? Here’s a tasty sandwich recipe packed full of flavour and using cost effective ingredients. Try it out at home as a delicious lunch, or during the holidays to help get the kids involved.
- Slice the bread rolls in half and spread with butter.
- Mix the Tuna Mayonnaise & Sweetcorn with the chilli, red pepper and celery. Arrange the mixed salad leaves onto the rolls and share the tuna mixture between them. Season with black pepper.
- Serve at once with cherry tomatoes and chilli slices, or cover with food wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve.
