Lamb stir-fry

To celebrate everything that’s good about lamb, the UK’s young farmers have got together to launch Love Lamb Week from September 1,  2017! Here is a quick and easy recipe, perfect for a mid-week tea.  #LoveLambWeek

Method:

  1. To prepare the Teriyaki sauce; in a small bowl mix all the ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan or wok and stir-fry the lamb for 3-4 minutes.  Add the stir-fry vegetables and cook for a further 1-2 minutes, tossing frequently.
  3. Add the Teriyaki sauce, toss gently and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Season, if required.
  4. Garnish with the sesame seeds, if used and serve with noodles or rice.
