Last week I was lucky enough to meet skincare guru Liz Earle, who has released a fabulous book SKIN, packed with beauty tips and healthy eating recipes designed to make you glow!
Liz’s whole philosophy is based around the idea of beauty from within and the lady is certainly a great ambassador for her views, looking years younger than her 50+ years. During the course of the meeting we sampled recipes from the book including Greenie Glow Juice (which we featured in My Weekly No5345) and delicious Beetroot Brownies, both of which were delicious and full of complexion-boosting nutrients.
