As the autumnal leaves begin to fall and the weather changes, we’re cooking up a storm in our kitchens with some fabulous new cookery books. On the menu this month we have one-pan wonders, veggie delights, seafood surprises and a baking bonanza!

As the title suggests, every recipe can be made in one pan, tray or dish, so for those who hate doing the washing up this cookbook is for you! With mouth-watering mains and devilish desserts, you’ll be feeling truly satisfied with any of these meals.

Veggin’ Out, Jasmine Cassells

If you’re keen to go plant-based or just want to add more variety to your meals, Veggin’ Out is the cookery book to go for. Author and plant-based nutritionist  Jasmine Cassells shares some of her favourite recipes for a meatless masterpiece.

Suitable for any occasion, the dishes range from Cauliflower Party Pies to Peanut Butter Coconut Balls and if you’d like to make some sauces from scratch there are loads to choose from.

This cookery book should be in every fish lover’s kitchen. With a collection of scrumptious recipes from various chefs, everything you’ve ever wanted to know about cooking seafood are in these pages.

The Great British Bake Off favourite Nadiya Hussain is back on our bookshelves with a new cookery book for us baking fiends!

For those who have a more savoury tooth than sweet do not fear, there are lots of savoury treats included such as Chicken Shashlik and Coconut Fish Noodles to satisfy your cravings. Equally those who love their sweets will be in sugar heaven with the Orange Semolina Cake and Angel Layer Cake Slices.
