Eat With Beder

Eat with Beder is a charity book everyone should have in their kitchen. Emotional and moving, this is more than just a cookbook. Eat With Beder shares the story of Beder Mirjan who sadly took his own life in 2017 aged 18. This cookery book is in memory of Beder with the goal of raising awareness about normalising conversations around mental health.

As well as telling Beder’s story, celebrities such as Catherine Tyldesley, Giovanna Fletcher, Steven Bartlett and Theo Paphitis have shared some of their favourite recipes while also opening up about their own experience with their mental health.
