Primula Mini Hasselback Potatoes
Cheesy, crispy and delicious, yet surprisingly easy to make, serve this as a side dish for your Christmas guests, or pop it in your festive buffet!

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, Fan Oven 180°C, Gas Mark 6.
- Slice the potatoes at regular intervals without cutting all the way through.
- Put the potatoes in a large baking tray and coat with the garlic and oil. Season to taste.
- Place in the preheated oven for 1hr to 1hr 20min. Toss occasionally to ensure an even golden colour.
- Meanwhile, prepare the super quick pickled onion.
- Add the vinegar, caster sugar and salt to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the red onion and mix.
- Set aside until ready to serve.
- To serve, top the potatoes with Primula Original Cheese, pickled onion, and garnish with dill.
