Get your New Year’s Eve party started with some delicious canapes. This easy recipe will disappear off the plates fast!

Cooking time: 20min

  1. Blend in a food processor – chickpeas, spice shot, fresh coriander, mint, sesame oil, lemon juice, chilli and gram flour.
  2. Roll the mix into roughly 40g balls.
  3. Pan fry in sesame oil until the balls have some colour on them.
  4. Place balls out of the pan and onto a non stick baking tray.
  5. Place baking tray into a preheated oven at 180°C, Gas Mark 4 fan for 10min.
  6. Serve with baba ganoush, pickled vegetables, houmous and flatbreads.
