Podcasts have quickly become a part of our everyday lives, whether we’re tuning in on a long walk or simply cleaning the house.

Since 2004, when former MTV VJ and software developer Adam Curry and David Winery first created the medium, podcasting has enjoyed explosive growth. Now, almost 20 years later, there are over 5 million podcasts with more than 70 million episodes between them.

The categories are varied, with something for everyone, from pop culture and politics to sex and science. But two categories that have continued to soar in popularity are motivation and wellbeing.

The rise of the self-care movement means more people than ever are tuning into to discover how they can better achieve their goals, find a sense of purpose, and improve their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. To recognise the importance of this, Cath Kidston put together a few helpful podcast suggestions to help you find your mindful mojo.
