Peanut Butter & Choc Chip Bread

Bread with chocolate – who can resist? This yummy loaf is perfect to slice and take along on a day out – it is Picnic Week after all!

Cooking Time: 50-60min
Serves: 8

  1. Heat oven to 175°C. Grease a 450g (1lb) loaf tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk and SKIPPY® Peanut Butter.
  3. Stir until combined, and stir in chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 50-60min or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool for 10min before removing from pan to a wire rack.
