Great for feeding the family or for a coffee morning, this traybake is swirled through with the super-popular flavours of Biscoff and Nutella!

Makes: one 30cm x 20cm traybake (can be cut into 18 good-sized pieces)
Cooking time: 25min

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, Fan Oven 160°C, Gas Mark 3.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave, then mix in sugar, followed by the eggs.
  3. Gently mix in the flour, followed by the white chocolate chips/chunks.
  4. Pour the batter into the baking tin and spread evenly to the edges.
  5. Dollop alternate spoonfuls of Biscoff and Nutella on the surface of the batter and place in the oven for 10min to soften the spreads.
  6. Take the blondie out and swirl the spreads into each other and the blondie using the toothpick/fork then return to the oven for a further 15min of baking. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Cook’s tip: When slicing, heat the knife in hot water to get a clean cut and prevent clumping.
