Burgen bread has teamed up with TV star and wellbeing advocate, Melanie Sykes, to call on Brits to discover new things and go for the good stuff.

Breakfast, brunch or lunch, Mel’s recipes takes just minutes to make and it’s packed with goodness…

Preparation time: 5min

  1. Toast the bread while you mash the avocado; season with pepper and then spread over the bread.
  2. Top with the edamame beans and watercress and finish with a drizzle of olive oil and some toasted seeds, if liked.
