Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream

Deliciously nourishing with very little added sugar, this blitz-and-freeze recipe is a win-win when you’re craving a treat!

Preparation Time: 15min + 3hrs freezing
Serves: 8-10

  1. Put the sliced bananas into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Add the SKIPPY® Peanut Butter Choc Chip Swirl and again blitz until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a plastic container and place in the freezer for 3 hours until firm.
  4. Serve scoops of the ice-cream with fresh berries.
