Summer Satay Chicken Skewers

  1. Marinate the chicken for 30min. Soak bamboo skewers in water.
  2. Thread alternate pineapple, bell pepper and chicken pieces onto bamboo skewers.
  3. Grill or pan-fry until done. Serve with extra satay sauce if needed.
