Jazz Fried Rice

Here’s another flavour-packed, nutritious recipe from Olympian Jazz Carlin, using Jazz Apples!

Preparation Time: 10min
Cooking Time: 12min
Serves: 2

  1. Dry fry the hazelnuts to toast them and set to one side.
  2. Fry the onions for 2min.
  3. Add in the celery, ginger, pepper and fry for a further 2min.
  4. Add the JAZZ™ apple and fry for a further 3min.
  5. Add in the soy sauce, a splash of water and the rice.
  6. Cook for a further 5min until the rice is cooked through.
  7. Serve simply with the toasted hazelnuts, or alongside your favourite stir fry.
