Jazz Fried Rice

Here’s another flavour-packed, nutritious recipe from Olympian Jazz Carlin, using Jazz Apples!
Preparation Time: 10min
Cooking Time: 12min
Serves: 2
- Dry fry the hazelnuts to toast them and set to one side.
- Fry the onions for 2min.
- Add in the celery, ginger, pepper and fry for a further 2min.
- Add the JAZZ™ apple and fry for a further 3min.
- Add in the soy sauce, a splash of water and the rice.
- Cook for a further 5min until the rice is cooked through.
- Serve simply with the toasted hazelnuts, or alongside your favourite stir fry.
