Festive Eton Mess Dessert

Put a Christmas spin on a classic dessert with this easy Festive Eton mess recipe.

Serves: 4

  1. Whisk the Baileys with the cream and icing sugar until billowy medium-stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold through the crushed meringue and crumbled Christmas pudding.
  3. Divide between 4 dessert glasses. Garnish with orange zest and serve with extra Baileys poured over ice.
