Free-From Strawberry Waffles

Mouthwateringly dairy- and gluten-free, these waffles from Cocos Organic can be whizzed up in no time for a lovely breakfast, brunch or dessert.

Preparation Time: 15min
Cooking Time: 4-6min per waffle
Makes 4-6 waffles

  1. Add all the waffle ingredients to a high-speed blender, starting with the liquid ingredients at the bottom. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides a couple of times with a spatula. Be careful to not over-blend as this will make the waffles dense.
  2. Heat your waffle iron and brush the plates with a little oil. Add batter to the pan to cook (depending on the depth of your waffle iron, approx ½ to 2/3 cup at a time) until your batter is finished. The waffles will usually take 4-6min each to cook.
  3. Top the cooked waffles with  Cocos Organic Strawberry Coconut Yoghurt and baked strawberries.
